Financing
The Danish state has provided DKK 9 million for the restoration and rebuilding of the Royal boathouse. The Danish Jewish Museum has collected the remaining funding for establishment and operation of the museum. The museum does not yet receive additional public funding.
The Danish Jewish Museum has gratefully accepted donations from a number of foundations, including the Egmont Foundation, which donated DKK 5,000,000. Fund raising has not yet been completed and the museum still needs financial resources. Donations to the Danish Jewish Museum will be gratefully accepted and can be sent to:

The U.S. affiliate of the Museum is: Friends of the Danish Jewish Museum. The purpose of this (501)(c)3 organization is to acquaint the American public with the Danish Jewish Museum and its objectives.
