Bent Melchior Prize

New award pays tribute to zealots who show commitment and persistence in dialogue with others.
"As a person who has made an effort to make this world a better place" - that was Chief Rabbi Bent Melchior's answer when he was asked what he wanted to be remembered for. The Bent Melchior prize is an annually recurring prize awarded by the Association of Bridge Builders.
The award pays tribute to zealots who, with persistence and patience, make an effort to step out onto the bridge and meet the other - with openness, curiosity and a critical stance. In connection with the award ceremony, Foreningen Brobyggerne and the Danish Jewish Museum are holding an unforgettable evening with dialogue, debate, music and satirical features. In addition, there will be something for the palate along the way
The event takes place in the Queen's Hall in Den Sorte Diamant on June 15 at 17.00 - 19.30 and you buy your ticket straight away here
