Lecture on Jewish life in Bogense

In collaboration with the Society for Danish Jewish History, we invite you to an exciting lecture where Thomas Harder and Lene Ewald Hesel will share their fascinating discoveries and tell more about the Jewish environment in Bogense at this time in history.

In connection with their research for the critically acclaimed book A Stone for Eve Thomas Harder and Lene Ewald Hesel tracked down the Danish-Jewish Wagner family, who in the mid-1800th century lived in the market town of Bogense on North Funen.

The lecture will later in 2025 become an article in the annual publication of the Danish Jewish History Society, RAMBAM.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to delve into an important part of Danish history!
