Join us for an exciting lecture about Denmark's only Jewish sports association, which celebrated its 100th anniversary this year
In the spring, the Hakoah Sports Association published a long-awaited review of the association's 100-year history. On this occasion, we hereby invite you to an evening of conversation with the two authors, Philip H. Bludnikow and David Jano and museum inspector Sara F. Stadager.
The two authors themselves write about their work and publication:
"In 2024, the Jewish Sports Association Hakoah celebrates its 100th anniversary, which the association marks, among other things, by publishing a book about the club's history. In Jødisk Idrætsforening Hakoah: 100 years (1924-2024), the authors, the club's chairman David Jano and board member Philip H. Blüdnikow, present, through archive material, interviews and good stories, for the first time a comprehensive narrative about Denmark's best and only Jewish sports association."
The authors have promised to bring books for sale, which can also be bought in advance in the museum shop.
