29/09/23

Step into history with literature

Come and join the historical book festival - HISTORYEN LEVER - in Den Gamle By in Aarhus. There will be exciting lectures and books at a special fair price - and we will be there again this year!

The museum is involved when the historical book festival, Historien Lever, opens its doors in the Old Town in Aarhus for the second year in a row.

Museum inspector Sara F. Stadager interviews, among other things, Bent Blüdnikow in connection with the re-publishing of his book, 'Min fars flugt', which you can also buy at a special price.

We are on stage at the following times:

Saturday 30 September at 12.30 – 13.00 p.m in a conversation with author and historian Bent Bludnikow, which will tell about his father's escape and Jewish fates in October 1943

Saturday 30 September at 15.00 – 15.20 p.m can you learn more about Flensburg, which at one time housed several top Nazis in 1945. This happens in a conversation with the author Hans Christian Davidsen, who wrote the book 'The Nazis' last refuge'.

Sunday 1 October at 12.30 – 13.00 p.m in a conversation with Heidi Laura about her new book about the philanthropist Johannes Hage and his contemporaries.
