You can read all about it in Bent Blüdnikow's new book. Jews in the province, published by the Danish Jewish Museum. It is the first book in the museum's new series of books about Jewish life in Denmark in relation to the outside world.

Jews in the province is a book full of enterprising and colorful Jewish destinies that have helped shape Denmark. In almost all Danish cities there has been an active and visible Jewish life. The book takes as its starting point the family behind the brush binding business, which also provided inspiration for furnishing a Jewish home in Den Gamle By in Aarhus.

The stories of Jewish life in the provinces are a fascinating and important part of Danish history, and we greatly appreciate both the research and dissemination collaboration with Den Gamle By and Bent Blüdnikow in publications and exhibitions.

The book will be on sale in the museum shop from June 24th.
