Lecture about SARA

After several years of waiting, the Danish Jewish Museum is finally partially online for searching in the new database SARA. SARA stands for Sbreastfeedingaadministration, Rregistration and Aarchiving.

For this lecture, Sara Stadager and Thomas Egebæk, both curators at the Danish Jewish Museum, give an introduction to the system. What can it do? What is missing? And how do you actually search it?

The Danish Jewish Museum's collection contains over 2000 objects, over 5000 photos and much more. In other words, there are many opportunities to find sources for history and for this lecture we will guide you through the possibilities.

Time and place: May 12th at 18-19:30 PM. Lecture will be held at Fisken, Christians Brygge 3, 1219 Copenhagen K.

About the event: The lecture is arranged in collaboration with the Society for Danish Jewish History.

Registration: As always, members of the society can register for free. Non-members can attend the lecture for 90 kr. Sign up here
