Mosaic Western Cemetery

and the province's cemeteries

The Jewish cemeteries are important Danish cultural monuments. The graves are not desecrated and the oldest stone at the Mosaisk Nordre cemetery dates from 1694. The map tells about the 12 cemeteries in Denmark.

The dissemination of information about the burial sites is supported by the Municipality of Copenhagen, the Danish Agency for Palaces and Culture, and the Jewish Community of Denmark, and developed together with the House of Eternity and the Danish Jewish Museum.
